Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the Payassist website located at Payassist.co.in, and all associated sites linked to Payassist.co.in, or the Payassist mobile application or any similar platform (hereinafter collectively, the Payassist Platform run by Twenty Eight Universal Payment India Private Limited, On any device and/or before availing any services offered by Payassist on the Payassist Platform (hereinafter individually, and collectively, the Payassist Services). For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that these terms and conditions shall apply to all Payassist Services, whether offered by Twenty Eight Universal Payment India Private Limited or its affiliates.
Refund Policy
At payassist.co.in, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for transactions carried out through our platform.

- Duplicate Charges: If you notice multiple charges for the same transaction, you may request a refund for the duplicate charges.
- Unauthorized Use: If your account has been compromised and used fraudulently to make unauthorized transactions, you may request a refund for those transactions.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 3 to 5 working days from the transaction date. You may need to provide transaction details such as the transaction ID, date, amount, along with any relevant supporting documentation.
Refund Procedure
Upon receipt and verification of your refund request, we will commence the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless specified otherwise.
- For transactions conducted via credit or debit card, refunds will typically reflect back to the same card within 3 to 5 working days, subject to your bank’s processing period.
- For transactions completed through alternative payment methods, refunds will adhere to the policies of the respective payment providers.
Non-Refundable Transactions
Please note that certain transactions may not qualify for refunds, including:
- Transactions authorized and successfully completed by you.
- Transactions governed by specific terms and conditions or contractual agreements.
